Ataw (Travessioásis – Lda) asks the interested parties to confirm their reservation through our website as well as their personal data, absolutely essential for the purchase of the service that we provide.

These data, which include the transfer of information such as Full name, Full address, Taxpayer number, Mobile phone and email contact, Passport number and expiry date, Date of birth and Health care/Food restrictions to be pointed out, are subsequently entered into an internal database and are intended for booking hotels, tours, transport and visits included in the trip they purchased.

 This database is for the exclusive use of Ataw and is at no time shared with other external entities, namely for marketing purposes.

 If the interested party so wishes, and expresses this wish by e-mail, using the general e-mail of the company hello@atawtravels.com for this purpose, Ataw also undertakes to manually remove all the data mentioned above in the registration, leaving the latter excluded from our system.

 In the case of subscription to the newsletter, available on the website www.atawtravels.com, the interested party provides Ataw (Travessioásis – Lda) with their e-mail address, which will be stored in an internal database.

 This contact can be directly removed by the interested party through the removal option from the database when receiving the newsletter and a manual removal request can also be made by sending an email to Ataw's general e-mail address - hello@atawtravels.com
